Combat your anxiety through cognitive feedback.
HOW TO USE:
Simply input things you feel anxious about in the “write” tab. When prompted by a notification, return to the app and state whether the thing you were feeling anxious about happened or not by going to the “read” tab and swiping left on the appropriate thought in the list that will be presented.
HOW IT WORKS:
A number is displayed on the main screen, this number corresponds to the % of things that you are anxious about that happen. By seeing how few of the things you worry about come true, you will become more resilient to anxious thoughts in the future.
